Son Bou Gardens is a consolidated and extensive apartment complex, ideal for families with children, with classic architecture and Mediterranean style. With communal swimming pools and surrounded by native vegetation and large garden areas. Located in the lower part of San Jaime, a few meters from commercial areas and the beach of Son Bou.

The complex, which has 420 apartments, is divided into 3 large areas, each with access to a large communal swimming pool that are managed by the Restaurants and that may require a minimum consumption. The complementary offer is very varied, highlighting all kinds of bars, restaurants, supermarket, playground, diving center, tennis court, medical center and shops. The apartments are all privately owned so it is important to mention that the standard and characteristics may vary from one property to another, but all have the basic accommodation services. Likewise, not the entire complex is managed by Menorca Rentals, so some restaurant services and swimming pools are not guaranteed in low season. All apartments are south-facing and can be on the ground floor, with a covered terrace, or on the upper floor with a sunny terrace. Inside they maintain a classic but well-maintained aesthetic. The living-dining room and kitchen share the same fully furnished space and with a basic set of dishes, crockery and kitchen utensils. The apartments consist of 3 bedrooms: the 1st bedroom is double, with 2 single beds and access to a small rear terrace; the 2nd bedroom is single with 2 smaller single beds and a small wardrobe. and the 3rd has only a single bed. All rooms have ceiling fans. In addition to the bedrooms, the apartments have a full bathroom with bathtub, toilet and sink and toilet. Our reception will have a safe service, changing rooms with showers and luggage storage.

Conditions of use of the swimming pools

We have improved our conditions of access to the swimming pools of the complex, which will be applicable from the 2025 season!

The swimming pool managed by the restaurant "La Góndola", located on C/Bellamirada, will have FREE access for all Menorcarrentals customers.

Access to the other swimming pools will continue to be available to all our guests, although a minimum access or consumption fee may be required.

The complementary offer in the Son Bou area from November 1 to April 30 is reduced, car rental is recommended.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

Reservation confirmation

The reservation will be considered confirmed once the corresponding deposit payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent by the establishment. If the deposit is not received within 48 hours of the request, the reservation will be automatically canceled without prior notice.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made more than 30 days before the check-in date will be entitled to a full refund of the deposit, except for a 10% penalty for management costs. For cancellations between 30 and 15 days before check-in, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 15 days before check-in or in the event of a no-show on the check-in date will not be entitled to any refund.

Minimum stay

The minimum stay is 7 nights during high season (June to September). During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 4 nights. Arrivals and departures can be arranged any day of the week, subject to availability. For stays shorter than those indicated, please consult availability and special conditions.

Check-in and check-out time

Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is before 10:00 a.m. on the day the stay ends. In case of arrival outside the established hours, it will be necessary to communicate this in advance to coordinate the delivery of keys. If a late check-out or early check-in is desired, please check availability as this may incur an additional charge.

Payment

Payment is made in two stages: a deposit of 30% of the total at the time of booking, and the remaining 70% at most 30 days before the date of arrival. For bookings made less than 30 days in advance, 100% of the amount must be paid at the time of confirmation. Payments are accepted by bank transfer and credit card. The establishment reserves the right to request a deposit of €200 at the time of check-in, which will be returned within a maximum period of 7 days after departure, once the condition of the accommodation has been verified.

Pets

Pets are not allowed on the property, except in apartments specifically designated as pet-friendly. In these cases, a maximum of one pet per booking is allowed, with a supplement of €50 per stay. Pets may not be left alone in the accommodation at any time and must be under control and leashed in common areas at all times. The owner is responsible for any damage or nuisance caused by the animal.

Rules of coexistence

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please respect the night break from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., at which time the volume of music, television and voice must be moderated both indoors and in the exterior and common areas. Parties or events are not allowed without prior authorization from the establishment. The accommodation must be kept in a reasonable state of order and cleanliness. The customer undertakes to respect the facilities, furniture and equipment, and will be responsible for damages caused by negligent use. Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the immediate termination of the accommodation contract without the right to any compensation or refund.
