Our annual maintenance offers the following services:

• Periodic supervision of your property during the time of your contract. After each check, you will receive a summary of the condition of your property.
• The preparation of your property before you arrive so that you will find all is ready, from the cleaning to the full working order of all electrical equipment.
• The closing of your property for the winter, so that your property is safeguarded and protected during the winter months.
• Administration management.
• Gardening: care and maintenance of your garden, always respecting the environment and natural vegetation.
• Maintenance of pools, jacuzzis and spas, as well as patios and out-side terraces. It is important that your pool is maintained during the winter as this will prevent problems later in the year.
• Reception service open from April to October for all that you might need : key collection for your property for your guests, communication for problems or mishaps you may have during your stay, car rental, taxis booked, information about the island, changing room with showers, luggage room for your suitcases, etc.
